Access to products
Access to the products presented on this Website may be subject to restrictions for certain individuals or in certain countries.
It is the responsibility of any interested party to verify in advance that their legal and tax status permits them to subscribe to the products presented on the website www.corumbutler.com, in particular in accordance with the regulations of their country.
The products presented by Corum Butler are marketed by Corum l’Epargne on its website www.corum.fr. The products are investments that offer no guarantee of return or performance and carry a risk of capital loss. Income is not guaranteed and depends on developments in the property and financial markets and on exchange rates. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Investing in SCPI units also involves risks associated with limited liquidity. This is a long-term investment. Tax
treatment depends on the individual’s circumstances and their specific tax rate, and is subject to change.

The Publisher draws particular attention to the fact that the information published on the Website is provided for information purposes only, without any express or implied warranty of any kind. The information is not intended to constitute, directly or indirectly, any form of solicitation in any country.
The past performance of the products presented is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Similarly, references to a ranking do not prejudge the future results of the Group’s entities, nor of the products managed by a Group company. You are solely responsible for the use of the information made available to you.
If you notice any inaccuracies or inconsistencies, or if you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by email at [email protected]

If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer ombudsman as follows:
For investment advisory services: The Ombudsman, Autorité des marchés financiers, 17, place de la Bourse, 75082 PARIS CEDEX 02

Furthermore, please note that there is also an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. This is a free online tool designed to resolve issues relating to online purchases (including online investments) made within the European Union. You can use it to contact the trader to resolve the issue directly or to agree on an alternative dispute resolution body to handle your dispute. The platform is available here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Attempted fraud As
the risk of fraud is low but not impossible, as is the case with any marketing of financial instruments by an external intermediary, we recommend that you verify that your CORUM Butler contact or wealth management adviser is indeed a qualified professional and not a malicious third party. It may be wise to verify their identity and credentials, particularly if you have any doubts. French financial
institutions are increasingly subject to external fraud, and we must urge you to exercise greater vigilance. We urge you to remain vigilant regarding any solicitations that appear suspicious and to notify us if you have any doubts.
For example, neither we nor any of our authorised partners will ever ask you to transfer funds to a bank account outside France for any product, service or contract offered by a CORUM Butler entity. Any subscription form mentioning a non-French bank account should be treated as a forgery and must be reported to [email protected].
Similarly, you will never be offered a discounted price when subscribing to any product, service or contract offered by any company within the Group.
Our communications, whether commercial or providing information on our clients’ contracts, are sent from the address [email protected]. Any message or request claiming to be from the Group but originating from other addresses or domain names may be considered an attempt at fraud. If in doubt, please contact us by telephone on the number provided on the Website and also consult the website of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
Indeed, as part of its remit to protect investors, the Autorité des marchés financiers regularly updates its blacklist of unauthorised and fraudulent websites. It has also published a warning for investors and a press release on scams, as well as a detection tool called AMF PROTECT EPARGNE.
Furthermore, it is reminded that the confidentiality of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet and that it is the responsibility of each Internet user to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from infection by any harmful programmes circulating on the Internet.
